Rare’s Kinect Sports series has been (wisely) ignored in favour of including the wonderfully witty and creative Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts (arguably the studio’s best game in the last 12 to 15 years) and the sadly underrated and overlooked Viva Pinata gardening games, which I plan on introducing to my daughter as soon as I have opportunity.

Still, given all the different platforms and interfaces for which these games were originally designed I’m actually kind of surprised it’s been pulled together as well as it has. (Note to self: I really need to hook up another hard drive to my Xbox One.) Most of the more recent games install separately from the main game – and in my case a few of them installed with issues I kept getting a bizarre “dirty disc error” when starting up Kameo: Elements of Power, despite the fact that I wasn’t actually using a disc.
